Respected Sir, I bought a Lava Iris 550Q Handset on[protected]. Then I found display problem in my handset from the very next day and which was able to use. On 20/12/2014, i found my handset's display condition got very bad and unable to use. Then i submitted my handset to lava service centre for repair on 22/12/2014...because the handset have display problem so the personal at the service centre told me that the screen would be replaced by within 7days and give me a job order number[protected]. When i contacted the Lava customer care number [protected] on 26/12/2014 to knew the status of my phone, they give me a complaint registration number 1_352189 and said i will get an update regarding my phone's current status with in next 24hrs. After 24hrs i contacted the service centre and they said which is not repaired. When I asked the date that i suppose to get my phone repaired, the personnel at the service centre 3G service point at cochin he said i will get my hone back whenever i want and he suddently canceled my job order and told me to come and get the phone and and he is not ready to give a written reason for the cancelation. Now plz tell me what can i do..my handset is in under warranty i have bill, box, and all accessories with it. I bought this handset for my personnel use not to keep it in the sevice centre.
I need a solution for this asap
