Lava Mobiles — Mobile battery not Available

Dear Team, I have lava mobile model no iris 454 . and i using this phone from last one and a half year ago. but now his battery is in very bad condition. when i contact with his service center and also customer care they told me that we are not able to provide the battery also his battery not available in open market. so please help me Thanks [protected]
