Lava Mobiles — mobile is blinking, charging removed

Sir, at basti district, uttar pradesh, the lava care personnel are very short tempered and careless, they are not taking handset for service, before some days i have taken service, but they have not solve my simple handset problem, and they are always calling me for next day, its enough, i fedup and fully disappoint from this lava set and lava care. I was fan of lava and i have purchased so many lava handset, still i have 2 more, but today my experience is very bad from this bloody phone.
