Lava Mobiles — My handset is geting heated up

This is to inform you that I have recently purchased the Lava Pixel V1 and the handset is getting heated up while talking. And the battery is also draining out. And I have submitted my phone to service station in Rammurthy Nagar and the person was rude and I am looking for replacement. And he has not entertained my query.
