Lava Mobiles — my pf amount has not claimed

Dear sir,

Status for member id: mrnoi[protected]
Claim id : mrnoi[protected] claim form:19. Uan:[protected].
I applied for pf on 23/2/18 i checked the status on march 1 and the status was like settlement claimed, but till now my pf amount has not credited, i have also kept the attachmentent below. I also verified with my account number and everything is correct, but till now pf amount hasn't credited, i don't even received any mail or message regarding this, and till now the status is like settlement claimed. Please take immediate action and claim my pf amount.
