Lava Mobiles — need to exchange the device

I have bought a new lava iris smart phone r1 at lulu center karama - dubai on 26/2/2018 at 11.17 pm but the device is not working properly from the day i bought from there, so i requested them to change my phone but they ignored me and not working properly so kindly do the needful one.

I have attached the bill and details for your reference
