Dear Sir I purchased a Lava Iris x9 mobile . Its in the guarantee period. Now my mobile just got no power on and i visited the lava service center they told me to pay rs 3000/- i gave the mobile on 16.11.2015 and today is 04.12.2015 but there's no response .
