[Resolved] Lava Mobiles — PCB Replaced within Six Months of Purchase- Lava Iris X5

Hi Team Lava,
Please check what can be an issue with a phone which is purchased six months use resulting in PCB replacement.

Model Name:- Lava Iris X5
Issue:- Signals Resetted every 15 Seconds on SIM 1 Slot. Replaced SIMs and also checked with different SIM of different operator issue not resolved.
I gave this handset for PCB replacement which I have ideally asked for replacement because the handset is within 6 months of Purchase. I was informed by the service centre of delivery of the phone by 23rd May but I am still to get the phone. The phone of the service centre is hardly reachable and I have to dial atleast 50 times to get call through. I have to finally ask my colleague to visit the centre for the status update only. And I was informed post severe follow up and physical visit that my handset is delayed after 3 days of the date of delivery.
Please let me know why am I not entitled for a replacement when I have to bear so much issue with the service and performance of your handset.
