Lava Mobiles — Product quality & service center response | |||
Dear team, After that i got the msg from your service center, this mobile is under problem, so please replace the mobile where you was purchase. Regarding this again i went to erode "chennai mobiles' show room and purchase new mobile lava - a 97 4g on 11th march.. I was very upset, bez the new mobile also problem (I try to call any one - after one minitue only outgoing call was connet & any bodies called me - not reachable done reflect). The same i was explained to same lava mobiles - coimbatore service center and handover the my new second mobile. Three days gone. But no reply from your autorised service center. What can i do??? I was purchases lawa x 81 mob within 1 year 2 mob, the shop keeper say me the mob screen is gorillas glass, there is no damage any condition but both mobile screen was damage only simply put on land, the screen was damage...the mob screen is not proper the company fail to services mob screen
