This is bring to your kind notice that i have purchased lava x1 selfie 2 months before & i am facing problem with charging, i went to the SG Solution rohini sec-8, lava authorized customary care center, I have give my phone to the customer care they did something my phone was charging that time after 1 day again same problem then again i went to same customer care center they told me that my data will erase & we are software updating after that my phone was not working, then they told me we need to send your set to the company on[protected] & when your phone will come back we will let you know but unfortunately the did not inform me then I called to the customer care no. and i asked about my phone then the customer care executive inform me that your phone is OK and we sent to the sg solution authorized customer care of lave then i went to sg solution & asked to lata executive there, she told me why we should inform you, your set you need to come and told me that there is liquid in your phone you should charge 5000rs, that is almost phone cost
now i would to like to request you the i have purchase a phone 2 month before and there is charging issue when i have submitted but now they are saying liquid inside how is it possible, previously i was using lava iris that was good phone that is what i have purchase this mobile but unfortunately tragedy happened with me, please rectify my problem i will be very thankful to you.
