Lava Mobiles — Service center refused to repair the phone under warranty period

I (Kailash Joshi) had purchased lava iris x1 from Haldwani, District Nainital, Uttarakhand on 28.09.2014 and my phone is under warranty period. there occurred some charging problem and contacted the authorized service center, monu teleshoppee at Haldwani.. they did not address my problem for a month and finally refused to accept the phone for repair under warranty period. I have submitted so many complaints in this matter on your official website. but no action has been done. kindly take action against the service center and return my money to me.
