Actually my phone isn't charging even the charger is plugged in increasing in place of increasing the battery it is decreasing plzz response me fast how can I tackle this problem plzz

मुझे अभी मोबाइल लिए हुये 1 महीन ही हुए हैं और मेरा मोबाइल अभी से ही दिक्कत कर रहा है।
इसमें अपने आप कोई भीSIM NAHI BTA RHA है।
जिससे यह मोबाइल चलाने मे बहुत परेशानी हो रही है।मै अपनी इस समस्या का समाधान चाहता हूं।

मै इस समस्या के कारण अपना मोबाइल ठीक से नहीं चला पा रहा हूँ।
