Dear Care Team,
Would you like to sadly inform to you that
I approach lava service center Manoj Enterprises MANOJ ENTERPRISES
Cabin No.001, 002, 003 ( Basement), Shop No.71, Middle Bazar, Adjacent Jain Dharamshala, Shimla-1 to repair my LAVA Iris Fuel 60 mobile. My mobile was out of guarantee period. Unfortunately since last two weeks, i got irritated with that mobile set as it drains battery too fast even 90%battery charge becomes switched off after 6 to 7 hours and speaker is not working. They said there was a problem with (SUB PCBA and USB Connector).
So they will change for a cost of (Rs 448)
I received your message as follows Cost breakup for your ~wo:[protected] Total part charges 130.18 Total Labor charges 295 Total taxes 23.43 Grand total 448.61 _____________Another message usb connector B-TYPE Part charges 6.29 IRIS FUEL 60 SUB PCBA PART CHARGES 123.89.
I am surprised Labor charges are 295.
Lava service center executive and Engineers does not return me damaged (SUB PCBA AND USB Connector).

After Two days same Problems occurs and again I approached Service Centre dated 07/02/2018 for the same repeated Problems I Politely asked him that phone was Serviced by your Centre Few Days Ago and Same Problems Occurs again that’s why I am Coming here. I want Service of My Phone Problems Which Occurs Repeatedly.

I am sorry to inform you that your service centre Manager (Mr. Vikrant) is not under your control. They are totally indiscipline and crazy people. They only know to harass the customer who doesn’t pay bribes to them. Manager is just concerned about making money to replace damage/faulty piece .No at all concerned regarding consumer satisfaction. Where they just selling the product and after that they can not do anything if problem comes.
i asked the service centre Manager(Mr. Vikrnat ) that phone was Serviced by your Centre Few Days Ago and Same Problems Occurs again. i noticed it was not properly repaired so i asked person why they did not replace correctly. Answer is given by (The phone is repaired by another engineer and he is on leave. Another engineer was also there but Manger said that i[censored] want to repair this phone through another engineer u need to pay again 500 for same. I request to him that kindly repair my phone its urgent I m having 8 months little baby at home so I need urgent this phone but he he started shouting me they cannot do anything else there is no policy of phone because your phone is out of warrenty there is not warrenty of replaced parts again and again saying contact to LAVA I am owner of this center and I cannot help you. Finally i spoke to Area Service manager (Mr Chetan Chawla) . He said that wait for half and hour. I am waiting for same and its around 6:00 pm in the evening. I again spoke to Mr Chetan Chawla he said that wait for tomorrow and if your phone having same problem then we will replace same parts free of cost. However I also told him that lava service center executive and Engineers does not return me damaged (SUB PCBA AND USB Connector). I am not at all happy with product and service i will not recommend lava product at all also i am going to make negative feedback online across online forums about lava products. I am disappointed very disappointed and i will now send this msg to all blogs and sites where i could give people idea how they treat customers. Your service center is the worst. No response is given to consumers. Lava don’t have authorized service centre as well the capable engineers for repairing the mobile, they do not have original parts replacing the damage/faulty piece, and even they are not interested to respond the customers. I am enough harassed by Service of LAVA Service Center. I am getting all wrong answers when I discuss with Service Center Manager. Authorized Service Center could not repair that’s a great shameful for such Company.

I am agree with you. Same thing happened with me too. Now Mr.Pankaj Arora and his team ( Lava international pvt ltd), pressurized me to not complaint to any boday from third party calling.
They are also instructed to telephone operator to not foward my call to company MD mr. Hariom Rai.

Its very unethical business practing company so dont expect any this from them.

Some body give you xolo or lava phone in free still we should not take this company's phone.
