Lava Mobiles — X11 handset issue remain unsolved still after 4 workorders

I am disappointed after purchasing your Lava X11 on 19/09/16 and i am facing the several problem since then among which the problem of "network reset during call" is the major and a serious issue, I contacted to the service center regarding the same several time with under mention workorder respectively:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] at SC “Padmawati communication, Agra”. The phone is still in service center for the same issue (WO no.[protected] Dt. 24/12/16). During it they can change software, Change PCB Twice, and Network Cable too but the problem is still same. I called to customer care also for the same (Complain No. 1977149 Dt. 24/12/16) regarding the same and requested for the replacement of handset as because the handset was not repairable still after 3 operations. And issue was remaining same. But I can’t get any reply against the same till date.

Updated by gauravjain123 overall conclusion is that, lava after sale service is the worst service among all and they just have want to sale there product not a customer satisfaction.
I just want to say one thing to the LAVA "YOU CAN MAKE THE FOOL ONLY ONE TIME TO ANY ONE NOT EVERY TIME TO EVERY ONE"
If the company response remain same for their customer than i bet that the company lost his name from the market and no one willing to buy lava even on free..
