Lava Phone — sound and ringer volume

The lava phone was purchased on ever since the phone is purchased the ringer volume never works properly and we are not able to hear when anyone is calling. It's like a phone on a silent mode. Resultant songs or anything on the yu tube also don't play. We have visited the customer care center numerous times. They finally exchanged the phone with the new one with same model (A972gbplus). It is still causing the same problem. We are so frustrated that w want to throw the phone. We will never recommend such useless phone to anyone... Ur lava company is defaulter company, despite of taking out our precious time so many times just to get a defect free phone, we are not able get it... Poor customer services... We ll appreciate i[censored] listen to our problem and refund our money
