i bought a xolo a800 on dated[protected]. after 1 to 2 months there was a problem reg. heating n switch off automatically. i went to service center. they sent my handset to company for repairing. fially i got my hand set after one month. secondly there was a problem held in my handset reg. battery. i again submit it to service center. on dated 4/03/2014. after observation they return my handset. but problem was not solved. again they sent it to service center on dated[protected] . i received my had set on[protected]. but problem not solved. again they sent it to company. i received at[protected]. but this was shocking. previous problem was not solved n a new problem created by company that touch of my handset was not working. again they sent it to company, till that time i didnt receive my handset. their customer care executive always say, your handset is under process. i suffered alot and it affected my work. my case has been repeated four time i their service center. still neither they are giving proper solution nor replacing my handset as my handset was under warrenty period. kindly help me. i am not getting what to do. please help.
