I gave my phone to Siri Communications, Khairatabad, Hyderbad for display and touch repairing. My Work Order[protected] was taken on 27-December-2013 and still i listen to the same lame excuses from your service center that the parts are not available, we are searching for it and i shall get my phone next week. After waiting for 2 long weeks i was promised that my phone will reach to me on Saturday (11-Jan-2014) and surprisingly again i was told to get back to them on Tuesday (Next week again).
I was a happy XOLO user before i experienced this bad service quality which you provide to your valuable clients. Is this the way a big brand should delay the service to their customers? You have no idea how badly these two weeks has effected my work, plus i have my all personal data and contact in my hand set and today it comes to 25 days that my phone/data/ contacts are not with me, and i feel that i am at a high risk.
I have bought almost 5 handset from xolo for my family, but i completely regret doing that, seeing such bad service i am already at a risk of loosing thousands from my pocket. "I WANT MY PHONE BACK"
In todays date the service center representative phone is switched off, i want my phone back, after all its about my hard earned money which i spent to buy this phone and looking at their service i regret.
Please help me out with this, i am a business women and my all contact details plus my personal data is in my phone. I am really worried about this.The customer care people are unable to do anything about this.
