Dear Sir, I hava booked a flat of 350 sq ft (1 bhk) to Dev City Bhiwadi at Arun Dev Builders Ltd. in 2007, now after 4 yrs when seen no progress, want to refund my money back & submit the cancellation file to the corporate office (F-1211, C.R.Park, New Delhi) on 01 Feb.2012 & they told to refund in Sep-12 but as on date i didn't recieve any money.
