Laxmipatifab / Laxmisaree — payment issues - sarees ordered online in laxmisarees.com

I paid 2349 through google pay, it showed bharthipay. After i paid, i am still seeing place and order and pay. How can this happen? I already paid but it is still showing payment pending in the website. There is no particular customer care contact number or chat box to communicate. No communication. And when i see the complaints forum, i am wondering many people are having this issue. This is ridiculous. If nothing is working in the website how can only payment is being done. I think the website should be closed and some action should be taken against them.
