Today I bought some goods from your store in Triton Mall. Whose bill number is[protected] After the bill payment, I came to know that one of the lays packet is defective, I told this at your exit gate, they said that now nothing can be done, you go customer care counter.When I reached the customer care counter and complained about this, they responded without any investigation.He refused saying that this piece was defective and his nature was very bad.When I got it checked in your store's camera, the defective piece was from your store only. The employee of your store wasted my 1 hour for this and still did not accept the mistake. If I wanted, I would have called for your store.I can go to consumer court with complaint, please take action on this as soon as possible.
