Lays using bad, expired, cheap and wasted potatoes to make lays chips. That taste make too much bad and very low quality. It can cause dieses after eating lays chips made with expired potatoes. Lays selling 50g chips in 20rs. And half of chips are wasted and black chips and bad tasted chips. Chips have lot of black marks of expired scar of potatoes. It means in 20rs buyers wasting 10rs because half of chips are bad.

Today I bought some goods from your store in Triton Mall. Whose bill number is[protected] After the bill payment, I came to know that one of the lays packet is defective, I told this at your exit gate, they said that now nothing can be done, you go customer care counter.When I reached the customer care counter and complained about this, they responded without any investigation.He refused saying that this piece was defective and his nature was very bad.When I got it checked in your store's camera, the defective piece was from your store only. The employee of your store wasted my 1 hour for this and still did not accept the mistake. If I wanted, I would have called for your store.I can go to consumer court with complaint, please take action on this as soon as possible.

While my son and brother opened the new flavor lays they came across some dark brown block of something in the packet, we don't even know what it is, is this what a big company like lays is selling to us, in the food industry you have to be careful this can make people sick we are disgusted at what we found

I had bought a 20 rupees worth lays orange. The crisps inside were fried and burned too much .. there were quite a few small pieces. I threw some of them out but since I found more there inside the packet i decided to complaint. The crisps we’re burned so much

In the recent times when I purchased Lays. Some of the chips are rotten. Please work on this issue

In recent months the light barbecue (lesssalt) chips seem to have lost most of their flavour. I can barely taste the barbecue, which is the whoel reason for buying this brand. If they changed the formula they need to let us know. If not, there ius a flaw in theprioductiuon system. They have not replied to me. This is at least the third time I have bought flavourless chips.

E lay's, kurkure, etc.) in bhopal (M.P). Name of my refreshment RMD enterprises refreshment. My complaint is for distributor, from last 6 years . I am asking sales man as well as distributor to please provide us lay's, kurkure stand for display. His answer for our question always same "stand is not coming from company". The order which i give after couple of days i. E. Three boxes

I have ordered a lays for INR 50, however the chips inside it was just small chunks.. There was not a single chip in full size.
This is not the first time I have faced this issue.
But this time I decided to raise the issue for your knowledge.
This is not the quality of product we are expecting.

On 6th July I bought 2 packets o[censored]ncle chipps of ₹20 each having thought of the good taste of potato chips but rather I got rotten potato chips inside the packet. How could you pack these rotten chips inside the packets just to make money out of it? I’m really disappointed with this quality of food. I request you to look after this.

I bought lays India's Magic Masala. Its smells like cheap local chips and tastes very bad. I could feel the use of bad oil.. This happens many times across many shops.. please check and solve asap

Found a 5 inch centipede inside my packet of chips, i was traumatised and horrified. thankfully it did not bite me, but the thought! This has ruined lays for me my entire life...

I got a lays chips packet from a shop worth rupees 10 dated[protected]. as chips are already famous for the amount of chips they give and only the air filled inside. it was hilarious to see just 8.5 chips in my packet of worth 10. this is not the first time but several times its the same scenario. the company being so renowned is on the top position and no one is daring to overtake the dignity and this is what the company lays doing just looting peoples money with such tiny amount of chips in it.

The packet contained big chunks of the seaoning/masala with stone. Less chips isn't an issue

I found a piece of wood in my bbq chips if i would of bit into i would of broke my braces i was eating watching a movie not paying attention until i felt something harder then a chip come out of the bag it was brown and had black marks on it and smelled strong of bbq

I was eating a packet of Blue lays. All seemed to be going well, until I was about to choke on a random, unidentified, rock-like substance in the packet!
It was so disgusting and I’ve been feeling sick to my stomach since the experience.

I bought a packet of Classic Lays at INR 50/- but the quality of potato chips was really poor. Few were burnt, and few were just made from bad-quality potatoes.
