Le Eco/ Letv — About delaying the delivery of faulty accessory more than their deadline

I bought a le eco 's phone le2 on[protected] with order id- OD[protected].
and on about[protected] a part of accessory which comes in the box stopped working its a type c to 3.5mm audio converter cable. and on that very same day i called the le eco 's customer care about that and then he told me that my product is in warranty and i should visit the nearest authorized le repair center for the solution. i asked them for the address and he gave me the wrong address which is about 1.5 years old, i went to that address and wasted my about 1-2 hour there in search of that repair center then someone in the neighborhood there told me that the service center has been shutdown for more than a year.

Then on[protected] i visited the service center named "hi tech
computer point" address "hi tech computer point roxi talkies road,
madhav ganj chouraha, star plaza, first floor, gwalior (M.P. )-474001"
and on my visit there the manager their named "shankar rathore" made
me wait for about more than an hour and a half for only lodging the
complaint for the replacement and his behavior is also not good he was
quite rude to me even though the service center has not many people in
their the manager made me wait for more than hour and a half and he
sorted out other people's request first even though they came after
me. then they asked me to fill up the form for the replacement, in the
form i specifically mentioned " type C (headphone converter)", and then i asked to the manager for the time it will take to get the product to me he
told me to come on 23-24 of march 2017, in the return receipt the
expected date was 30-march-2017, then i went there on[protected] and
asked them for the product they told me that it was not here till now
then i went to home and came back again to the service center on
[protected] and still the product is not there and the manager their
told me to wait for 2-3 days more and it will surely be there, then i
called the customer care of le again on[protected] and told them about
the delay and then he told me that the return policy is 7-15 days
excluding the Sundays. i had an argument with him on the phone about
the delay and then he said to me that "sir i am lodging your complaint
as an urgent compliant and the product would be their in 7days/ 1
week" because of the inconvenience i asked to the customer
representative for delivering the product to my home and he denied
that "sir we do not deliver the product to home". And than i went to the service center on[protected] and asked them for the product and he again told me that it was not here i told him that its been more than the deadline of your time and he told me in very rude manner that "sir jab mere paas part aa jayega tab hi me aapko de paunga" the behavior of the manager there "shankar rathore " is not satisfactory he was quite rude to me and then again i asked him for the part that "sir what i should do now its been more that your
deadline what should i do" then he told one of his assistant that give the faulty part back to me as he was not able to solve my problem in time what i get by this action of the manager was that he was threatening me that only we will solve your problem because only we
are the alone service center in this city, i did not accept the part their because i want a solution after this much time not a sorry or an attitude from the service center manager. then again i called the customer care of le on[protected] and told them about my whole problem and its been more than 15 days excluding the Sundays then she told me this time that the replacement policy was "7-21 days", and told me to wait for 2 more weeks for the solution now.
then again on[protected] i again called the customer care and this time the customer care representative was very nice to me and she gave me an assurance that the product would be delivered in 3 days and she told me that sir what happen is the service center manager accidentally ordered some other product in my jobsheet no.which is JS[protected] and he delivered that product to someone else and closed that jobsheet. and ordered my product on someone else's jobsheet whose no. is-JS[protected] and that jobsheet was created on[protected], on the same day i visited the service center and he also told me same and also that it would be delivered in 3 days.
then on[protected] i contacted the the service center manager again and now he told me that sir its been delayed again and you will get the product on[protected] and on that very same day i contacted the le 's customer care again and this time in a very rude manner that sir your part is a freebie and its not covered in the warranty although i saw many people at the service center who are coming for the queries about the headphone converter and the manager told them that it could be replaced under warranty. and when i pointed out about the service policy which was 7-15 days excluding sundays he told me that sir its a new jobsheet and the date is been updated so we are in no obligation in case of any delay. and now the whole loop of service policy is renewed and your product would be delivered in 7 days.
now the thing is that i am just tired of the lies of the company, the customer care representatives and the service center manager.
i want the product as soon as possible and if possible i want them to pay for the inconvenience that i ve faced during whole this.
its been almost a whole month that i am facing this problem and on[protected] i wrote a mail to the le support india about all this problem and till now date they haven't replied me yet.
