[Resolved] Leco — no warranty on product | |||||
I have ordered le eco 2 mobile from snap deal on 21 apr'17 & on very next day raised my observation for instant draining of battery, now from last month my phone got dead & unable to charge it with charger provided to me. After n number of follow up with snap deal escalation team about the same was asked to visit near service station. No correct information provided on google for service centers. I do so went there (Nehru place authorized service center-buldg no.78) on 22jul'17 & surprised to hear there revert that warranty for c type charger cable stands for 3 months only & its exceeds by single day so cant help me out. Just want to know i have ordered it from site on 21 apr & got delivered to me on 24th apr'17 so how could they count warranty from order date. Such a pathetic service & reason to penalize customer. No were mention about warranty on accessories either on site or in box. Service center person simple refuse to get it replaced & instead of proper note, manually write over back side of invoice & stamped with security guard just to do formality. One day extra remarks captured in below screen shoot shared as i visited service center on 22 jul'17. Wants to take it forward for further escalation & at higher authorities for there consideration. As i have to but cable from my own pocket even if my product was under warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||||
