I started their work and what i see is, it is so confusing specially the letters also they 2000 pages they provide to complete can never be completed even in 2 months. We have to check everything we types 3-4 times to ensure there is no error. I am also facing same situation. Should i pay or not.. Can you tell me please.. This would be compulsion for every client who breach this contract. So, please try to understand the situation and make payment to our client as early as possible. Our client is sole proprietor company and once you not make payment then an arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 is mend to safeguard them. So, we advise you to cooperate and pay this amount as early as possible. Your cooperation is required for making payment to our client or else you need to get ready to face for legal consequences. Please make payment of rs. 15838/- = rs. 4100 agreement amount + 18% gst + rs. 11000 penalty. Please provide the screenshot of successful payment on this email id. Don't pay any amount to these advocates because they are not advocates, if they call ask them to send the legal id of the company and the adhaar card of the advocate and the caller.

We apologies for what you face the issue. Apart from this. When you got a call. You have been receiving with a mail of demo details to check how the workload will be with the terms. As well there will be a verification call and on call you will be explained with all the terms and conditions on second time too very clearly. If you cannot complete the work in 20 days then how come you finish in 2 months. As the stuff and content is related to banking sector you are penalized for the workload which is allocted to you.

But i want to complite this work and i knows very well i have to complite it.But, situation is that they were given to me one user id and that id was working only 14 days after these days id is not login.so, I inform that but no replys comeing thats why my work was not complited...

The work that is allocated to you stands for 20 days . If it was closed on 14th day than you should have informed customer care . Now as your work is incomplete you should pay the amount . Still you have any query than call up customer care number between 10 am to 6 pm .
