Hi all,
My name is anil chouhan. I had taken a form filling work of 2000 forms from 'lectrema technology (Lt)"on 8nd of january, 2018.

I completed my work on time but not get money yet.
I call him lectrema his not response my call. After 7 days receive my call and his saying our side virus attack and son issue show.

1). At beginning, it all was set with an agreement that 2000 forms has to be filled by virus attack.
2) and his saying that your form is not completed.in case, if it's not get completed with due date or if qc report (Quality check report) comes fail then i will be fine by rs. 4100/-
3). I have been in touch with miss jennifer from lectrema through mails and calls.

By that time it all was okay, i submitted my work and my qc reports showed fail for which i have to pay the fine amount.

As i was prepared with the situation and waiting for their contact, no communication done from their end and i also tried end number of times to contact lectrema people but neither they take the calls or answer the message or answer the mails.

And on 10 february all of sudden i got a message that"your court notice has been issued you have been ordered to be presented surat civil court on 16-02-18. Call on [protected] for details."

And i call on that no. Stated advocate praful. He was behalf of lectrema.
1). He is saying that"mam you have to pay rs. 4100.00+1500.00 for fine + noc.
2). Saying you have to contact me and pay me otherwise you have to come surat court with more amount of penalty. (Started blackmailing me)
3). Don't try to contact to lectrema people because they will not entertain your calls.
4). Your last day of payment was 10/02/2018

And when i told him that -
1). 1st of all i am not been informed from lectrema that 10th was my last day of payment.
2). Nobody damn picking up my call from lectrema so that i can clear my doubts.
3). It's not been in formed that advocate praful is the incharge of taking up the money.
4). Even i don't know any details where i have to pay.
He stated that i don't know madam, i can't do anything you have to pay to me otherwise come to court.

So, to all complaint users please clarify me, if you have gone through with my entire problem face from lectrema. That,
1). Are they really exist or fake?
2). Should i really get worried of being involvement with case against me?
3). Should i pay them?
4). Do people really income from here?
I was with so much hope that i can earn money from wfh jobs so that i can contribute to my home and family. I am in very need of income, but here senario turing up into very opposite manner with no income i am paying to them otherwise court case.
Please help me or suggest me from this issue.

They forced me to pay their registration charges rs.4100 otherwise they case on me in surat police station... While i cant complete their work on time becoz of some technical problems... When i call their helpline no.. Then they said i will call after work validity date... And after validity date they directly send message of case and said that if i dont pay their fees then they case on me.

Sir ' maine ess company ke 2000 form filling kiye. Form fill karne ke baad maine sahi se check bhi kiye. Phir yeh company wale submission ko failed batakr mujhpar panalty bharne ke preesure daal rahe hai. Aur legal notice send kar rahe hai. Aur to aur in form mai mistake bhi thi. Jaise e-mail galat hai. State ka naame nahii. Tha. Sir abb mai kya karoo. Jabki company walo kaha tha agar aap project ko poora nahi karte ho ya phir beech mai chodh dete ho to aapko 4100 ka panalty chukani hogi. Lekin maine poora project submit kiya. Phir yeh log qc report galat bata kar mujhpar pressur daal rahe hai. Ess tarah ka e-mail send kar rahe hai.
We are lectrema legal department. This email is to inform you that
You have fail/not submit/cancel your work. Then according to the
Terms& conditions, you have to pay rs.6800 as in within 1 days., which is clearly mention on the agreement accepted by you through otp as an digital signature, the company has also submitted your call verification recording agreed to the terms and conditions. The company which provided you an online job through an outsource company, so if you dint submit your work then the company had gain some loss by paying the amount to the outsource company. Hence the company's rules and agreement you have to pay the amount to your company as soon as possible.
Sir if you denai to pay the amount and didn't give the replay then the company had condemned legal action against you, with the section-73..74..75.. The company had take a legal proceeds up on you and issued summon letter to the nearest police station. After that you have to hire a lawyer and replay for summon letter and pay the penalty up to 30, 000 after that through comprehensions as a company legal department please pay the amount as soon as possible to the companies current bank account and after that i will provide you the n. O. C letter and withdraw your legal action.

If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly reply as soon as possible at this mail.

I started their work and what i see is, it is so confusing specially the letters also they 2000 pages they provide to complete can never be completed even in 2 months. We have to check everything we types 3-4 times to ensure there is no error.

We legal department of lectrema technology hereby having your case for termination of an agreement. We hereby notify you that if these condition mentioned your agreement comes under these categories then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client. If you don't make payment to our client as per an indian contract act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of ipc shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of registration amount which accounts to rs. 15838/-. Section 499 and section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 a shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of ipc for coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. I joined this company and i was didn't able to able the work so i paid the money they aski because they are threatening me with legal cases. Again i took the work but now i see those comments that it is fraud so i wanna quit i make mistakes that i paid them. But im afraid that they are able to file a case against me or not. So what can i do. I have days left to complete this work but it is worth it to do this work. Plz plz help me out with this plzz i alrdy lost my money i don't wanna losse again plz help me out

I just now signed the e-contract of the company named lectrema technology and now when i check on the internet there is no website of the company rather there are complaints against the company being fraud now tomorrow they will give me a call plz help me. What should i do people say they send you legal notice. Plz somebody who was able to resolve this matter plz help me

Hey guys, a month earlier i was searching for jobs online which could provide me part time work i come in contact with lectrema technology they guys guarantees me ₹45000 -₹4500 (Registration charges) but with a minimum of 1800 forms to be filled. Within 2 days of work after a sitting of 14 hours a day were able to fill around 280 forms only it's consuming my whole day thereby i decided to check again about the company i come in contact with rishi srivastava he was also been cheated and asked me it's not of any use as they guys aren't gonna pay and will send me some fake legal notices as it's consuming whole of my day i decided to quit on 3rd day and right now they guys have sent me fake notices. The decision. Of quiting on 3rd day was because their team and the representatives of the company are not picking up my calls even in working hours i tried calling them regularly 2 days so that i can be assured of i m filling the form correctly they guys do not provide any support its like i've been cheated this company and its representative should be taken under jurisdiction and imprisoned for faking in the public.

The form filling job of lectrema technology is probably a fake one as there is no particular official website for this company and the time assigned to this specified job is also small. They are threatening me penalty with their legal notices in case of quitting job. The content of this forms are repitetive and my internet data is also wasted while filling these forms. Yesterday i mailed this company that i want to temporarily want them to suspend my work as i am having personal family issues but they responded me with a threat mail citing a penalty for rescinding their work from their so called legal team. I request for a legal action against them so people like me never fll for their tricks.

Sir I am Rajesh taken work from Lectrema Technology before 5 Days and we are still typing and they had call me and telling some Issue about Multiple Logins and asking me to pay 6500 or else you will be filed Case in New Delhi. Please take any legal action about this company.They are fraud and Intelligent Robbers towards Poor Candidates.

FRAUD COMPANY

PLEASE DON'T TAKE WORK FROM LECTREMA

Sometimes ago i take a job of form filling from wifinitive coorporation form filling gujrat based company. I found so many complaints regarding that company so i withdraw my work and today i got message that they take legal action against me which i think that is fraud and i think that they wants to threaten me for the same job for some money. So i am complaining you to take some action against the company so that i would get any trouble in near future. Also suggest me that may i respond to that company message or not.

We have taken work from home - form filling from lectrema technology, this is 20 days completion work, we try to this first 5 days but found this work contains totally fake and no one can complete 2000 forms in 20 days and with in one hour 2 gb data consumed in company website. I called and said to marketing person to cancel this work, we will not do it but now they are threatening to pay 4800/- or will take legal case against me.

Please suggest.

This company is fake they don't have any legal identity. The names of the employees are also unknown, some say the name is zahid khan, some say its deep jain, amit bharatdwaj, raghav deevan and so on, all the people there are fraud and deserve to be legally prosecuted. Sometimes they say they are from the legal department and sometimes they say that they are from sweeping department of gujrat. Don't pay them any penalty. If you need any assistance...
