Leeco — Do not want reimbursed device | |||||
I submitted my phone to service center on 30th July. On 17th Aug I got phone back, but I noticed that which phone I got is different one. This one having different IMEI numbers. I am not very sure that I want this phone, because this one is reimbursed device and device having several dents in body and looks very old, paint almost faded, also i don't know what problems will come in near future, as I already suffered due to your poor services. So either I want my device back in good condition or provide me a new device. Because I just used my phone for 3 months and my device was brand new, but which these people provided looks so so old and second third hand device. When I talked to service center person, he refused to take phone back and said that he has nothing to do with it, So i called customer care and asked for my phone. They said your phone is under repairing process. When your phone will repaired we will give you a call and you can give back this phone and can get yours. then i said ok fine, give me this status mail copy so that i can track it. He said we don't have any status track feature. you have to wait for our call. I just waited for your response and you just fooled me. You said wait for some time while your device being repaired. We will call you back. But you people didn't. Now when I called customer care about my request then they said we cant do anything. this is the reply. They don't know where is my original phone.
