Hi, I had purchased Le max2 from flipkart. It is delivered to me on 21st Sep 2016. Order id: OD[protected] After few days o[censored]sage i had found Finger print sensor is not working. Then I had submitted my mobile on 4/10/2016. Job id is :[protected] It’s been more than 80 days after i had submitted the phone, still it is not repaired. I am asking for refund, as it is not repaired for more than 80 days and have not used it even 10 days. I have called many times to LE customer care number[protected] and emailed many times. Every time they are giving the same reply it is under repair. It is getting frustrating to wait for such a long time, as i have to use my old phone. Every week it has become the routine for me to call them. I want refund now.
