HI Sir/Ma’am, I purchased Le 1S Gold Phone from Flipkart in June’16 but to my utter surprise phone’s battery got swollen so I had submitted my cell phone at your service station (B.M Gadget Services Pvt. Ltd, Pune) on 26th Oct’16. Phone is in warranty period. Today is 19th Nov’16 still I haven’t received my phone back. You may know how much the cell phone is must necessary these days & I am without my cell phone from last 25 days I have called on [protected] (B.M Gadget Services Pvt. Ltd, Pune) to check my phone status but every time I am disappointed by the service provided by service station. As per service station staff they can’t track my phone status and they don’t have any update regarding the same. They have only one answer to my all questions that the phone hasn’t come back from Banglore. You are one of the leading smart phone providers and still you are using such outdated software in which you can’t trace customer’s phone status? Kindly try to return my cellphone as soon as possible and kindly help me with your Facebook, Instagram & Twitter complaint accounts so I can register complaint on social media as well.
