I had got my samsung s7edge accidentally damaged (Screen) on 12th feb 2017 and next day the complaint for the same was registered and documents uploaded against cin # [protected]. I have also uploaded damage estimation letter on syska portal, but still no response from syska team. Company gives big advt and lure the customers to purchase the product but the sales service can be gauged by calling their customer care number. Most of the time the customer care guys will say"we are awaiting for approval" when they dont know.. On pressuring to speak to their seniors, the defined answer is "you will get a call back in next one hour" and that one hour never comes and thats the reason all contact details have been hided by the company.
