Lemall — Le Code and Cashback not provided | |||||
Hello team Since 60 days i have frustrated contacting customer care and asking for solution. I have purchased lee2 mobile on 28 june 2016. As per the lemall policy they have to provide the lee code after 2 weeks of purchase, and they have to provide cash back after 60 days. I have done with both the periods. I have been waiting for lecode since 2 months but they did not provided me as of now. And also for 10% cash back on my purchase they did not given. I have contacted customer care 30-40 times and i have emailed around 30 mails in during the 2 months but no use of contacting them. They are not working on my issue. And they are not following the policy and procedure agreed with customer and government of india. Was this information helpful? | |||||
