Lemon Vacation — I'm complaining about the poor management of the lemon vacation | |||
Last year, february 2014, i had became one of the member in Lemon Vacation, beleiving that the Tellecaller's conversation is True. I had paid a sum of Rs.15, 000/- (Spot payment) and got signed in the membership card. The very next week I called out the customer care for booking a hotel for my relative. But there was no proper response. Again 3 months back, me with my family members went to Rameswaram after getting the confirmation call for booking a hotel for night stay from Lemon Vacation. But shockingly, the hotel (a very local hotel) which the lemon vacation told, had not booked. After returning back, I request lemon vacation to cancel my membership and asked for my deposit money. Till date, they didn't return back the money. There is no person for communication and no proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||

Have you paid the amount through Credit Card or by cash. I doing a little research on such cases. People who are newly getting credits are the victims. So If you reply to my comment then it will be very useful.
