Can anyone please provide current contact number about this fraud company. seems its switched off. there is further information have provided about their contact details changed. i am one of the person registered in this company, but people were cheated more. i have joined in this policy by last year, whenever we would like to make a trip or plan, they have not pick the call, and instead of they will ask initial amount to book everything . response are too bad . I need my money back with interest.

This is Senthilkumar from Chennai some time back i received a call from lemon vacation for a holiday plan membership initially i am not interested but they are keep on calling me and offering some discounts each time finally i said OK and i registered my self but post registering i mean after collecting money from customer their service was very pathetic they not responding to calls and they said the particular associate is on leave and bla bla reasons to avoid customers.

butt in reason tiimes their numbers were switched of including landline numbers. What they think of peoples and even after launching so many complaints against them still their website is working pls do help us to recover or money from the frauds.

This is ramya here and my mobile number is [protected]. Lemon vacations has promised that they have booked a resort in yelagiri on 14.05.16 and 15.05.16. they collected Rs. 1000.00 from me. They have not booked any rooms. So we paid the touchstone resort an amount of 2600. So I called priya from lemon vacations. They have issued the cheque. However the same got bounced for the reason insufficient funds and we have been debited with cheque bounce charges. They collected 17000 from us and also cheating us and collected utility tax. Very pathetic. Will I get my money back. I called their number however their number is switched off. Please return my hard earned money. i have all the proof of cheque bounce and call recordings..

Worst & fraud company.

I paid 15k on 30 may 2015. While joining they said you are getting good offer (Actual 40k) which is ending by month. When i checked internet there is 1 complaint & when i asked they convinced like they don't have customer like that & it is done by some other travel & vacation company guys.

I went personally because i stay in valasaravakkam & everytime when i send a mail, they use to inform like tickets not available. Please tell us some other dates. By that time movie will taken out of the theatre.

At joining they said, no need to pay any amount for 3 star & when asked for vacation, they use to say pay taxes which 700 for 4000 room.


My family was frustrated with me, because they say we booked movie tickets before 2 days & inform us we will send mail at the scheduled date. Later that date they will say movie tickets cancelled.

Same for vacation trip also.

I was met with the 2 md's when i asked for my money back. Discussion happened for 2-3 hrs without saying we will give money back.

Same day some other guy came for return of his money. He was been thrown out of the office by some people.

They maintain rowdies in the name of executives.

I'm a member in lemon vacation & holiday. One day i got a call from an executive working there to join in this. They some what brain washed me and made me join in this club for (Rs 15, 000). First i paid half amount (7, 000) and asked for the service but they hesitated saying "after paying the full amount only you will be getting the service". I joined last year september that is september 2015 from the day i joined i have got only movie ticket from which i have asked movie tickets for more than 10 to 15 times through call and even through mail still they manage to say will do it. I don't get the tickets then. I don't know why they are not providing a good service even after getting the amount is being paid. I want a raise a complaint on this "lemon vacation & holidays" and my money has to be refunded. Each time i call many executives are taking the phone and replying they will do it will do it. I don't want a nasty service to be provided.
Can someone help me to lodge a complaint and get me my money back out from this.

I am one of the member of lemon holidays and paid rs.15000/- as 5yrs membership fee. Recently i asked the company to book a hotel for one day stay (On 14.05.2016)
A lady (Kavitha) working in the lemon holidays, confirmed that the hotel was booked and money paid. I also stayed in the hotel with family returned. After 3days the hotel staff called me and told that they have not received the room booking payment rs.4500/-. And now they insist me to pay the room rent.
When i called up the lady not responding properly. She cheated rs.15000 +4500/- to me.

On enquiry, i came to understand that the lady's original name is kavitha but uses a fake name of karthika, her cell no is [protected]. Her collection agent name is mohan raj his cell no is [protected]

The sales people promise that they give booking for any 15 days of the year and after taking the membership they never honors the commitment. I had asked for booking from Sep22 to Sep 27 for Hotels in Andaman. But they are saying that they can provide only for 3 days and 2 nights. Worst part is they are yet to confirm one booking so far since my membership. I have been trying to follow up with them since July for one booking. Their aim is to cheat and collect 15000 from innocent people who most often ignore to file complaint against them. They also said I will receive 2500 worth gift which is also a big question mark. On a public interest I would like this company to be closed or Government to watch this companies activities very closely to avoid malfunctioning and innocent people losing money I realize that its a complete fraud company and I would request you to please refund the money which I have paid for membership. I have mail confirmation from them without booking hotel they sent mail that they booked the rooms for me and no proper refund details

May be they don't have any own resorts and hotel but they sent mail that they have list of hotels in india

Totally cheating concern, please don't join in lemon vacation and holidays
I joined on Feb 2015, they promised that "We will arrange 15 days free stay allover India per year, 12 cinema ticket per year, mega mart gift voucher, Complimentary free Air ticket etc...", BUT FINALLY THEY DIDN'T GAVE ANYTHING, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY RESORT
Feb month I asked to book the room, they sent mail that your rooms are booked, so I booked travel ticket and arrange all the things, 1 week before vacation period they told sorry we didn't book your rooms, I totally frustrated because I booked the travel ticket and informed my family members, after I asked why you are telling like this what can I do?, but they told please pay extra Rs.600 per day, so we will book the room, for that critical situation I agree to pay that amount, but they told 2 days booking only possible (Room type Rs.1000/day only, for that I need to pay Rs. 600/day extra, please note I already paid amount is Rs. 17000)
So I conclude that they are cheating then I asked my Rs.17000 refund (I cancel the Travel ticket and arrangements …..with lot of disappointment ), they told as per terms and condition we will not refund, but I didn't agree, after one month trying they agree to give refund but the condition is we will deduct service charge (do you how much Rs.5000), they didn't gave any service to me even though they asked service charge, I didn't agree and daily calling and asking my money but time going again one month gone (MOST OF THE TIME THEY DIDN'T PICK THE CALL AND IF PICK THEY TOLD OUR MD SIR WENT TO FORIGN SO WE CAN'T ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND)
In my life I didn't face this kind of problem, I tried and find the place of Lemon vacation in valasaravakkam and asked my money, finally they gave cheque on june or july 2015 for Rs. 12000 and again condition is after 45 days only you will possible to get this amount (cheque date Aug 2015)
I paid initial amount Rs.15000 by EMI through credit card and Rs. 2000 cash, coming month only that EMI will close and lose is aprox. Rs. 2000 as interest (Total lose Rs.5000+Rs.2000= Rs.7000 with lot of tension, irritation, not proper responds etc…) and for this much month my money was with them only, interest of my money?
I thought that I will go legal action against them, but my native is Kanchipuam and Lemon vacation is in Chennai, legal activity I can't able to go frequently to Chennai and I feel shy

Last year, february 2014, i had became one of the member in Lemon Vacation, beleiving that the Tellecaller's conversation is True. I had paid a sum of Rs.15, 000/- (Spot payment) and got signed in the membership card. The very next week I called out the customer care for booking a hotel for my relative. But there was no proper response.
Again 3 months back, me with my family members went to Rameswaram after getting the confirmation call for booking a hotel for night stay from Lemon Vacation. But shockingly, the hotel (a very local hotel) which the lemon vacation told, had not booked.
After returning back, I request lemon vacation to cancel my membership and asked for my deposit money.

Till date, they didn't return back the money. There is no person for communication and no proper response.

Hi, Customer service lady from Lemon Vacations calls my dad on 23/12/2015 (Ph: [protected]/[protected]) and says they immediately needs room at coorg (on 24/12/15). My dad runs a homestay there. Its a newly married couple for whom they wanted a house to stay. We did not know anything about this company hence dad denied this offer. But the customer service lady forced my dad to give the house for atleast one day because all the homestays and resorts are full because its a peak season and it was a last minute booking. and they said they would transfer the taxi charges and accomodation and food charge through NEFT. but unfortunately 24/12/15 to 25/12/2015 was a holiday and hence the transfer would not happen. but they promised over the call that they would make the transfer and send out an email confirmation. and they sent out the email saying they have transferred the money but it is on hold as it is a holiday. Meanwhile the customers were already at our homestay, who were newly married and had no clue regarding coorg and where to go. hence we had to accomodate them. But we had to pay the taxi charge of 3500 plus the food charge which the lemon vacations promised to pay us. But until today we have not got the money. when we call them up ask for the details they say they would check the status and get back to us but they never turn up. And if we call back again to check they disconnect the call or they do not pick up the call at all. I am frustrated and disappointed with the company like this who play with their customers emotions as well as cheat the customers. they are due to pay us Rs 6000. I am still trying to contact them and get the cash but now they claim that this is the wrong number and pretend that they do know about the company at all.

Dear Team, I joined this company three Months back after a long discussion and commitments from the Company Manager. Once I paid the Amount I called multiple times for just a movie tickets, They told me to send out an email but no response. On seeing the complaints above I am shocked, Anyways I don't want any more people loosing the money going forward. We will make sure to take necessary action on this Fraud Company.

I made payment of 20, 000 rs two months back and took membership for 5 years in lemon vacations and holidays, they promised me that they will be providing me 24 movies per year for 5 years and 15 days free stay in clubs or resorts or any vacation places. A bloody named nanda came to collected the money, once the payment is made, his number is not at all in use. when i tried to book a resort, they keep telling that they dont have availability and whenever i ask about movie tickets, they say that the plan has changed and they can give only programme tickets for some comedy shows. Since im not happy with the way things going around, when i asked for refund, a named karthika from customer service says that i will got even a penny from them back and i cant do anything, im pissed off. i have realised that i have a been cheated a bloody fraud company and i dont want anyone else to suffer like me.
This is a fraud company, and if anyone is thinking to take a membership, please dont take, they are fraud and you will realise it once u are cheated, this is a fraud company, this is a fraud company.

After lodging the complaint here, thier CC executive krithika & priya called me and said we will do like this only, no one can control us from cheating others. You wont get a single money back. How bad cheaters they are... Even after all these they din apologise, instead threatening... We are going to police station, any one who got cheated by them can join hands with us. Hi Team, This is launch a serious complaint on Lemon vacation, i got a call from the executive on the package details and we are asking some details but the way they responded seems to be very professional. But later i have decided not to opt since the price they said me amount 19, 000 / then they came up and said today if i book they can give for 13, 000 .Then i said i will check and come back but the employee has not even given chance to enquiry with my friends, They called me from 09:30 AM till 06:00 finally they came to my office around 06.30 PM and collected the money via my credit card. .Even on swipping the card they have promised to give the Resort which we are asking . i have rasied many concern and even asked whats benefit your getting, for that they have explained that once target completed they will give such offer. After i received the Confirmation call, i have called to customer care for booking on the resort but the CC executive said that 750rs i have to give for every booking. but initially they have said its free, when i tried to contact BM they are not picking the call.Last 2 days i am trying to reach them but no one is answering.I am having voice recording on employee. can some one take this seriously and put a full stop to such companies so that rest of the people will not suffer like us. Hello my name is akhilesh. my customer number is 0481. I took a 5 year membership scheme from this company Executive name: Thiru. he is the main fraud person. speaks nicely and cheats people giving false commitments. from the day I took the membership in august, they are cheating me on all aspects. First they promised me 2500 rs. worth kitchen set. they did not provide me the kitchen set. Later I tried to book a body massage through their offer (50% off). they were not booking in the SPA which i told them to book, instead they gave me address of some other SPA near to their office in valsaravakkam. They told the amount as 1900 after 50% reduction. I smelled that something is fishy when I enquired the SPA directly they told full amount itself is 1800 rs only. so the company was making me pay the entire amount making me believe that i have paid only half their amount Regarding their hotel bookings in pondicherry, few of my friends went to Surya beach resort in pondicherry through lemon vacation booking. As per executive, they claim that we need to pay only service tax for the room and other expenses are free. For a cottage room, they were charged 1500 rs as tax whereas actal room tariff itself is only 1300 rs. so, we are in the belief that we paid only tax but tell me only tax we need to pay 1500 means room rent is 15000 or what? we are paying the entire room money only in the name of tax and maybe these people are having tie ups with two three resorts in such locations which help them in cheating people. So I went to their office asking for a refund and had a discussion with their Managing director. I don't remember his name maybe Ansari. he told me and my friends who were similarly cheated that they will refund the money immediately. we went back in the hope that the money will be refunded soon. But then starts the real game by these people. When we call asking for status of refund, Their customer care executives Preeti, Priya, Jenny etc always tells that they will get back by evening and never get back to our queries. further, their MD is always outstation and never available to take calls. Now I am not getting refund of my hard earned money which I put in this fake firm. beware of these THIEVES AND MONEY STEALING PEOPLE. Don't fall prey to their trap and pay money for vacation. You will end up increasing your telephone bills, blood pressure without any benefit.
