Lendbox — Financial product interest + principal not paid on time till date

Respected Sir / Madam,

I myself Nitin R Madnani individual advisor joined Lendbox company for the business purpose and had my investment as well as one of my friend's investment in the company.

This request is in regards to the deposit of 2.50 lakh made by My friend customer on[protected] with 11% interest which was going to complete on[protected].

There were some regulatory changes made by RBI on P2P companies and Lendbox company promised to complete the payment by[protected].

Kindly note as of now today is 06/05/2026 the payment and interest amount is not completed.

Kindly note the website, toll free numbers and senior advisor numbers are not giving any answers and they pick up the phone and behave rudely and give us the fear that we will not give you your money back.

The behaviour from the company is inappropriate as well as responsibility should be taken from their side and we request you take some action and give us the right guidance to complete the matter in a smooth manner.
