I have taken a loan of Rs 10000 from mobikwik [showing sponserd by Lendbox] and cleared all payment on time, the company has failed to provide a NOC letter. I tried sending emails and calling the customer support team, but they diverted some numbers, and again they diverted to the first step. Please check and do the needful

I'm really unsure about this, as I did not take any loan from any apps.
I have already raised a dispute on CIBIL.com and wanted to get a dispute raised on this from your end and fix this ASAP.

I have applied for loan of 1 lakhs through mobikwik app whcih was funded by lendbox on 19.09.2024. Upon acceptance they have said they will transfer funds in 2 working days. I have not received funds as of today too. i have raised my concern and greviance through mobikwik several times whereas they are unable to support or resolve my issue. i have informed them not to disburse the loan and cancel the loan and ach . i have received mssge also fro EMI deduction without credit of funds. please help to resove the issue,

They show a loan account of Rs 15000 active on my CIBIL report, which i never known of this.

How can they just keep an account Open on my name with out my concern and its swoing on CIBIL report.

This is entirely fraud and theft of people's identity and use of personal information. One must ban such a company which uses people's identity for misuse.

I'm finding fraudulent activity on my CIBIL report in the name of Transactree Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

MobiKwik along with Transactree Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are issuing loans without my consent to the tune of INR 30, 000. I have reached out to MobiKwik several times from the last 4 months and its been a nightmare. Every time they give fake assurance that the loan has been closed and it will reflect in your credit report in the next 30 days. Using my PAN and other personal details for fake loans is completely not acceptable.

This is entirely fraud and theft of people's identity and use of personal information. One must ban such a company which uses people's identity for misuse and should be brought under the ambit of law and other regulatory agencies.

Please remove the loan from my CIBIL report and issue me a no due certificate.

I have not taken any type of loan from lendox OR transactree still it is showing in my cibil . i have summited my complaint with Lendbox still there is no contact or reply AC no. of loan is 4066857U ( source of this account no. is from cibil site. Loan amount is 7500 and current amount is Approx 28000.
