Lendingkart Finance Ltd — Pressurised for emi

I have taken loan from lendingkart finance limited an amount of 150000 for the periods of 24 months which i am paying emi an amount of 9250 every months and i have clear 175750 it for 19 months but due to covid 19 pendamic and lock down my business was totally shut down till Date and i could'nt pay it anymore i tried to approached them through phone and through Email to close my Loan but i don't get any respons since iam unable to pay the due emi due to covid 19 pendamic they try to deduct the emi amount form my bank account but due to insufficient balance the transaction got failed and bank charge with 295 rupees. Till that i thought it was normal, that day was the date of emi and they tried to deduct. But after that they called me and told me to pay the emi and i share my problem But they kept calling me again and again and threatened me and i got a mail from one of the Advocate saying i have to pay the due amount in one time within 15 days if not i will be imprisoned
They do not care about the situation that we are facing it. After getting so disturbed and feeling so embressed i tried to call the customer care to slove my problem but all the number is not working and i dont know how to solve this problem because they verbally tourchered and threatened me. Please help to solve this problem.
