Lenovo — About Mobile Service

Dear Sir, Madam, I have bought a Lenevo A850 mobile hand set on 14th May, 2015 through eBay. During first month onwards I have been facing issue with the hand set. First Lenevo provided some online support. But those did not work and they asked me to submit it to service center. I submitted it almost one month back. But till yet they are not providing any support to me. They are saying that it is pending with Lenevo for support. As per my knowledge it has one year warranty and I bought this product only almost three months back only. I request you to kindly advice me and help to get resolution from LENEVO.
