Lenovo — Additional Inspection Charge | |||||
Hi Team, I have bought Lenovo K4 Vibe, on 20 Jan 2016. There is some problem with my Phone Touch and its not working, I have been to Service center located at Bhagat Singh Market (C.P). My Phone is under warranty but still they have charged Rs. 150 as Inspection Charge. Request you to confirm why you have a provision of inspection charge when the phone is under warranty. My job no. is SOIN[protected], I have complaint on dt. 24aug.2016 about motherboard & its o.k. on dt 03 sep.2016 . again my phone has huge & sent to lenovo customer care sonepat gandhi chowk, he say that its mother board again will be change, sir my work has suffer last 20 days . please send it ASAP. so that my work run smoothly .
