I have puirchased a laptop 3 month ago. As expected the HDD failed. I had called Tech support and endless diags, updates etc
Call 1 :Syed Sumeer - who has no clue of what needs to be done. He downloaded a few applications on my secondary and then was unsure what to do next and hence he hung up on me
Call 2 :Explained the the same situation, the lady (Soumya Chandru)who empathized but ended up doing the same thing, unsure and the endless holds and eventually disconnecting
Call 3 :The same darma of explanation, great customer service skills, however after 33 mins in to the conversation i was told that "shubam's" team lead was asking him why he was on a long call and hence he had to disconnect assuring me that he will be on chat with (which really didnt happen).
i have now figured it out on my own and have successfully managed to install the OS on my system.
I am writing you just to let you know what an embarrassment this experience has been for me .. who have been doing this for a very long time. Was this information helpful? |
