Lenovo — Attitude and response of your staff | |||||
Dear sir, I bought a new lenovo k6 power phone in online on april 24th 2017 i am facing your few issues in lenovo phone which is battery getting overheated and mic is not working properly and visited the lenovo service centre there is no proper response and there is no service has been made. So i request you to please provide me a replacement new phone. I have asked about this with their staff, their respond is not fair and asked me to fill the feedback form if any. I didn't filled that one, if i have done also on next it might go to basket only... Was this information helpful? | |||||
