Dear Sir,
I have given my Lenove k5 mobile for service and i asked to update the status if any requirement on changing the parts. I didn't received any feedback from them. Also they have given these two numbers[protected]/4013052 in the jobcard receipt.
Both the numbers are not reachable and if it rings also no one takes. I have asked about this with their staff, their respond is not fair and asked me to fill the feedback form if any. i didn't filled that one, if i have done also on next it might go to basket only. Was this information helpful? |
