Dear sir, /madam,

This is regarding the poor service i received from your barrackpore service centre. I had given my lenovo phone for repair and had come to collect it on 28/03/2018 but although there was no customers around i was made to sit for more than forty minutes just to prepare the invoice and give me.

The staffs didn't care to take any action.
I would request you to look into the matter and enhance the service. I owe an apology from you for the poor service.
