Lenovo — Battery issue for last 3 month

Dear Sir/Madam
i buy laptop 26 december 2022. and laptop serial no is pf2knqsq and i got battery issue probleam and battery heating issue last 3 month. i call many time to resolve this probleam but customer care dont resolve my issue and he misuge his time in his responsibility. and after long time they said to me that warrenty is over battery life i buy a new laptop to resolve this issue.so sir i requested to also take a legel action of these employee of your company which make a bad impression of lenavo and please resolve this and give me satisfactory resolve from your side
