Lenovo — Battery problem from last 1 year

Sir i has purchase new laptop from authorised dealer from ahmednagar ( maharashtra ) but from the date of purchase laptop having battry problem .and i also called many time to said dealer regarding said problem but they are not cooprate to me .so it is kindly inform to you give me soloved out this problem within 15 days otherwise i want to take any legal action with support consumer cort by providing deficient service and goods against company and authorised dealer
