Lenovo — Bill not giving by the dealer

Dear sir,
I bought new phone lenovo k4 note 6 month ago aproxx.
But dealer not giving me the bill he always giving me the different excuse.
Dealer name ganpati mobile shop ([protected]), near durga mandhir, shri ganganagar, rajsthan. I have some problems in moblie but care person not repair without bill & accessory also not proper working how can i replace or repair without bill.
Please help me, he says to me, do what u want they have no any bill for me.
