[Resolved] Lenovo — Brand new Tablet stopped working and Lenovo do not replace it | |||
Sir, I have brought a Lenovo Tab A 3000 on the 23rd October 2013, from a shop in Cochin for Rs.14800.00. It stopped working on the 7th November 2013. Since Lenovo have only service centers in Cochin and the don't have any customer support in Kerala ( they have it only through call centers in Bangalore ), I had to take it to a service center. I've given it to one of their service Center called Hi Tech Info Service, Cochin and Registered the SO.No.[protected], on 8th November. According to the service engineer the Mother board has to be replaced and Lenovo do not replace the tab. Since it is brand new and my work is totally dependent on this i am incurring financial loss since the tab is with the service center and they are waiting for the mother board to arrive. I too have purchased lenovo a3000 tab for rs.15700/- which hangs and switch off 10 to15 times daily . worst tablet.
