My ticket no: BTC56095 As per the criteria I should receive a 1 TB HD and 2 year Extended warrenty paper within 21 working days of payment received. On 8 Th August, I got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 1998/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. The customer care people for Lenovo BTC Offer department are very harsh on there talking, they are not in a mood to talk to customer. Most of the times they are disconnecting the conversation in the middle. i have given number of mails, and they are not replying to the same also.
