Lenovo — BTC Offer - Improper Response. Please help. | |||||
I have purchased a Laptop - G50-80 series, from Lenovo Store in Bangalore on 15th of August 2015. I have registered for Lenovo BTC Offer on 16th of August itself by uploading all the required documents like INVOICE COPY and SCREENSHOT OF LAPTOP SERIAL NUMBER. However I received a mail on 25th August telling that the Invoice copy is missing and I need to submit the same within 28th of August. I have mailed the invoice copy again as per the requirement on 26th of August itself. Even after submitting the invoice copy multiple times, I got a mail on September 3rd 2015 telling that I am not eligible for this offer since I did not submit the invoice copy on time. There is an absolute improper response from the customer care executives when we try calling them. Please let me know if I can contact any other proper contact person regarding this or let me know how to proceed in this regard to avail this offer. I am fed up following them up calling customer care. Not even getting proper mail responses. Pls help..!! Expecting a reply from any Lenovo executive if you see this complaint.
