Hi Sir/Madam, I have bought Lenovo laptop under BTC offer in 27 July 2016 . I have successfully registered for BTC offer and made p[ayment of 1499 rupees for 2 years extended warranty and 2 yr ADP warranty and 1 TB lenovo hard disk on 29th july. After lenovo BTC mailed me that they will dispatch my goodies within 21 days after payment received. they provided me extended warranty certificate but I still not received 1 TB lenovo Hard disk. Now they are not receving any calls and also not replying to any mails send to [protected]@lenovopromo.net i have tried calling 100 times on [protected] and[protected] btc offer reg. no . - BTC29588 Was this information helpful? | |||||

Just 3 days into use I am noticing that the phone gets discharged within few hours o[censored]sage, even when it is charged at 100℅.
Today I charged the phone at 100℅ and within 2 hours, the battery got down to 2℅. Even when there was no phone operation during this time.
