With reference to my earlier mail & case id no: [protected], still I am not getting any reply from your side apart from one executive called on 20/05/2021 around 7pm. But unfortunately he has not provided any solution only passing the ball to my court. Only he is saying I have to do all the things in my system. Before that one of your executive Ms. Rabiya Anjum has taken the control of my system over 3-4 hrs. What she suggested me that they will send some engineer to fix up the problem, but after that whoever your engineer has attended, they are not providing the proper solution. And yesterday, the call I got from your executive was completely rude & not a service oriented attitude.
I am not a technical savvy person only do the basic things of my requirement, so my laptop is hardly used. Due to strict lockdown I am unable to visit the nearest service center to fix up my problem.
Sir, being a world leader how your people are being rude when it comes to service related weather it is a small or big.
and such a arrogant behavior comes from an executive where life & living became uncertainty & people are depending on digital platform to survive their life. For a small issue, it's been a week but it is my unfortunate I am not able to getting proper service from LENOVO.
So what should I say Sir, shall I get an appropriate solution to my problem or not ???
