Lenovo — Cashback not received by hdfc yet

I placed an order on 6 january 2022 Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet.

even not received any message about cashback.
